Freeze drying machine is a technology that uses the principle of sublimation for drying. It quickly freezes the dried substance at low temperature, and then in an appropriate vacuum environment, the frozen water molecules are directly sublimated into water vapor to escape. The products obtained by freeze-drying/freeze-drying machine are called freeze-drying products, and this process is called freeze-drying.

The pre freezing process of materials can be basically divided into slow freezing and fast freezing. 1.Slow freezing: Place pre prepared materials into a cold trap, cover the insulation cover, open the compressor, and pre freezing begins;

2. Quick freezing: First turn on the compressor, wait for the temperature of the cold trap chamber to drop to a certain temperature, and then put the pre prepared materials into the cold trap to start pre freezing;
